scoops on 5. is a great place to bring family and friends. the line can be long at weeks, but the service is fast. the employees welcome all the customers, they have always interacted well with my family, and they help them from the many aromes they have! I always get an excellent and fast service. the quality is exceptional, I recommend definitiw the bourbon truffle ice and the white chocolate skyberry cheesecake. they bake their cookies and have a great selection of desserts to choose from!
This is the best Ice cream shop I’ve ever been too. We lived in the area for a while and frequented often and now that we’ve moved away we visit several times a year still.Suggestions:Adults: Cappuccino Crunch Ice CreamTake a Chocolate Eclair for laterKids: They have sherbet, several kid favorite flavors of ice cream, or real fruit bars.
Coffee is instant and taste like horrible Folgers, not even going to drink it. Donut taste stale and dry. Mango sorbet tastes like bubblegum. Will go somewhere else next time. Employee was nice and the place was clean.

I visited this restaurant with my son while visiting friends in Mount Dora. We were not disappointed! We both loved our ice cream and cupcakes. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch, with one server being extremely friendly and attentive, while the other was rude and dismissive towards myself and another customer.
During our visit to Scoops in Mount Dora, we found it to be egg-ceptional! The flavors were fantastic and the staff was lovely.
