On our first night in Caloundra, we were looking for a quick and easy dinner spot and decided to try Seafood Market. Judging by the long line out the door and the people waiting, it seemed to be a popular choice. We ordered crumbed Snapper, a Dagwood dog, and potato scallops because I'm not a fan of chips. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed it. The wait was a bit longer than we expected and the prices were higher than other seafood places we've been to, but the amazing taste of the food made it worth it. We definitely plan on returning to Seafood Market the next time we're in Caloundra.
I have been visiting Caloundra Fish Market for several years now. It used to be fantastic, serving large portions of fresh fish that always made the long wait worth it. However, due to Covid, I haven't been able to go for some time. Unfortunately, my two recent visits have been disappointing as the portions of fish were small and over-fried. The chips were still tasty and the portions were generous, but I hope they can improve on the quality of the fish. We really like this place, but we don't want to feel like we are being taken advantage of.
I am delighted to give this restaurant an Excellent rating based on their exceptional service, delicious seafood options, and a wide variety of high-quality takeaway meals. There is plenty of outdoor seating available for several dozen people. The menu offers a great selection of fish and meat dishes. We tried the prawn cutlets, fish taco, and sand crab sandwich, all of which were fantastic. The taco and sandwich were served with a generous portion of delicious chips. I would definitely recommend this place.
The variety of fish at the market is excellent and fish seems very fresh. Unfortunately only one dish available for vegetarian partner a Vege burger means there is not enough variety for him to encourage us to go back no matter how good the...fish is. Food is wrap for take away but there are also a few outside tables to sit and eat. Market is very popular with loads of customers constantly coming to order. I hope to go back to order one of the take home and bake available meals that sound fabulous.

This was extremely disapointing, basically thickened white sauce with some corn, a few peas and very small pieces of what looked like bacon, no fish or shellfish obvious,and greasy, probably fried bread.Absoluely terrible,all went in the bin.Unfortunately we had driven down to the beach to...eat it and it was absoluely terrible,all went in the bin.
Unfortunately, the worst fish and chips I've ever had here. my daughter fish was raw. the seafood. the oysters kilpatrik had so much sauce that one could not taste the oysters, and the tartaric acid and seafood sauces were terrible. they actually looked healed. $200...Meal and threw most of them in the.
he was waiting for our food for almost 1/2 hours. chips broken fish were a funny yellow color, soggy oily. calamari was chewing gum. the servier size was good.
I love this place. Yes, it can wait, but that was worth waiting. never had a bad meal. the salt and pfeffer calamari is to die! chips are always good!

Fresh and clean and soooo many options. Cook it your self or have it cooked for you. Just wow lots of different things in this shop
This place is pretty good! Came here with my extended family during a Sunshine Coast weekend.
