Have been coming to Seaqua for years and years. However, it is time to take a hiatus . Ordered food today and everything was completely inedible. My sandwich came on a wrap even though I ordered a bagel? The chicken salad was salty beyond belief. Had to throw everything else. Spent $25 just to have some lunch and then didn’t even get to have lunch… thought I was having a rough day already but this was just the icing on the cake. Spending all that money just to throw out my lunch. Will be taking my business elsewhere after all these years. Shame.
sequoia closed down last week permanently. i called Massapequa the girl said they were hsving financial trouble and sold the store. i will miss sequoia delli. the people were the nicest and friendly. there food was good and the storecwas always busy. they also have a store in saint james. i hope where ever they went that they start over and prevail.in all there new invadors.
So disappointing! The mac salad tastes fake! They used to make it in-house, and I was more than willing to pay a premium for good homemade mac salad. Now, they've switched to a manufactured version that tastes like something you'd find in a warehouse or grocery store—specifically, King Kullen's mac salad. It no longer uses real mayo. I suggest staying away!
I just tried The Seaqua Hero, and I was really disappointed. It's three-quarters the length and half the width of what I expected. I used to cut it into thirds and enjoy a piece every few hours, but now it’s not possible. I ate the whole thing and I'm still hungry! I won’t be getting this again.

This place has great potential, but a constant hit and miss. I ordered a cheese sandwich on a panini but it was just a soggy mess. Iced coffee had sugar in it that I didnt ask for, and an egg sandwich that a toddler could have made better.
I frequently order from this deli using Uber Eats and I must say they have such a great choice of food- all of which tastes fantastic.All excellent portions for the money- never disappoints.Highly recommend you check them out!
Great food, slow service. Don't order from here if you're in a rush- even if you order ahead by phone it's impossible to get out of there. Food's great but had to stop going there- they made me late too many times.
It was so nice to walk in and find out that old school deli's still exist! My sandwich was loaded and made the way I asked. I'll be back for sure!

Great food. Order had no errors ? Came nice and hot. No complaints. Grateful for the good experience here. Will get food here again.
The food is great, but the prices are quite steep. I just spent $8 on a gourmet peanut butter cookie.
