The first time I came across this hidden gem was two years ago. My cousin and I were just wandering, exploring every nook and corner of Pike Place Market. It turns out I had bookmarked this spot a while back and found it completely by accident, it was meant to be! Of course, we had to come back this visit because I still think about those fresh dumplings! Consistently delicious, I just couldn’t get enough! I’m veggie and they have several options for me, which I love. Hidden just off one of the side corridors of Pike Place, Seattle Dumpling Co. is one of those gems you could easily walk past, but don’t. There’s so many great places to eat at the market! We finally tried Seattle dumpling co, and it was so good. We love soup dumplings and these were some of my favorite. They came out the perfect temperature so you don’t scorch your mouth. There was limited sauces for the counter, but it was just us so no big deal. They didn’t provide a dish to mix sauce for the dumplings, so I used the lid to the plastic container they came in. With they served them with some ginger. Tucked into a corner, but you don’t want to miss it excellent bao buns and dumplings, friendly staff, good price, generous portions. Some counter seating inside, a few tables outside, but that’s more than a lot of the market, and you can always take it to go and find some of the public eating spots nearby. Definitely recommend any of the pork dumplings!Vegetarian options: Clearly marked which plates are vegetarian, and staff can confirm if you want to double check
The food was clearly frozen and merely reheated. Some of the beef had an off taste that was almost rancid. I would advise exercising caution with this place. You might expect it to serve fresh food since it's so close to fresh ingredients, but unfortunately, that's not the case. I am very disappointed, especially as someone who usually enjoys Asian cuisine. I won't be returning unless they begin preparing fresh dishes.

The dumplings looked like it was made awhile ago and kept steaming in a to go container.I ordered the pork chive dumplings and they were.. subpar at best. Not even tenderness throughout, and little flavorings. I couldn’t really taste the chive. The pork itself was good though.
Used to really like this place until one day I looked at their freezer. It seems like they're using trash bags to store dumplings as seen in attached pics! This was a few months back.Hopefully they have changed by now but still ruined my appetite for them completely.
I've loved the dumplings here before. Visited thrice before. The taste and quality of the food is somehow not the same anymore. Not visiting again.
We tried beef and pork dumplings. To be honest, they were very delicious. The hot sauce gave it the final taste, not to mention the cheap price.

The leek dumplings are fantastic! They are incredibly tasty! If you're in the area, this restaurant is a must-try.
