I watched this gym for months on Instagram. I was actually introduced to this gym by a mentor of mine. Ever since I have started going to this Gym I have found my second Home. Every trainer in this location is respectful and acknowledge clients that are not even their own. The atmosphere is perfect and nobody is being judged. Wether you start with 1 push-up or 100. You will leave here in the best shape of your life. Promise!

Secret Formula Fitness is the best weight-loss program period! Jay provides a customized meal plan which is easy to follow and helps you shed weight fast. Their team is phenomenal. Ben is my personal trainer and simply amazing, he challenges you to greatness and very encouraging. I feel healthier, lighter, and see a more toned physique. I highly recommend their services for long-lasting results!

I started with Secret Formula Fitness after seeing my sister have such great results. I love the workouts and the personal attention. Aaron is a great trainer. He is always encouraging and is attentive to what challenges you. He also takes the time to get to know you as a person. I've had positive results. I've lost weight and made gains in my strength!
