I go fairly regularly to this bakery and one thing strikes me every time: the impatience and contempt of the sellers. It's a shame because the rest is fine. The bread is good, the pastries are also even if they are sometimes a little too sweet and the sandwiches are also correct. However, you may do the best about taste, if the rest does not follow people will not return. It's unpleasant to feel almost despised by the eyes of girls at the crate. Also unpleasant not to go fast enough to unpack the sub and the blue card. It's really a shame. And yet you are not in the center of Bordeaux.. The clientele is still relatively nice and regular. Make an effort:
the potential of this bakery is enormous because of its location, but it is its only positive criterion. Bread is very expensive, pastries are much too cooked, sandwiches and snacks for the midday of poor quality... Staff turnover is impressive, so I understand that smiles and other features are rare. The manager monitors everything with authority. Run and prefer the many snacks around... Especially don't train too long on the parking lot your car would risk a good sticker on the windshield
Unfriendly patron: no vegetarian sandwich in the student formula at 4,90€. No flexibility on the part of the boss, I had to remove the ham from a sandwich because it did not agree to put me a goat sandwich instead (although cheaper to the unit). Clim too strong in the room. However, the products are correct without being exceptional, the pastries seem frozen.

Despite all A poor quality for desserts and pastries the salt side is when it is better even if the prices remain too high... Smile is not at the appointment except a seller who comes out of the lot to try to catch up with price errors on products and lack of politeness. I strongly advise.
It is distressing to see such a unfriendly staff, and a boss who does not show the example. Besides, the bread is delicious, the sandwiches too. When with pastries, good but sometimes a little too sweet. Very positive, the terrace. Very pleasant
Table not washed to eat out I had to do it because it didn't shock the waitress. The woman's toilet was awfully dirty it cools straight. The sandwiches were correct but no more. The pastry was good.
Frankly, if you want to smile, don't come to the seller, it's really a priori a chore for her. Fortunately the bosses were here this morning and she had a rictus... Bread is not extraordinary.

Apart from the correct bread, pastries are not at my taste: price of poor quality. The majority of products are expensive. The poor quality does not follow the price.
