Hervorragende Küche, gute Qualität der Waren, perfektes Handwerk, das Yann Nicolas im Sterne-Restaurant Octopus in Béziers gelernt hat. Mittag gibt es bereits ein hervorragendes Menü für nur 22 Euro. Und die Kellnerin spricht Deutsch, weil sie vier Jahre in Köln gearbeitet hat.
