This deli is outstanding! Everything is fresh, and the service is both friendly and prompt. It tends to get quite busy, especially during lunchtime, but it's conveniently located just off Waverly Ave, making it easy to get to. The owners are always working hard and pay close attention to each customer. If you're looking for delicious, fresh food made daily, be sure to give them a visit!
When ever we order for delivery they always forget something in the order... Food is always over or under cooked. The staff never takes responsibility for messing up orders. They need to get themselves together in that place it's hard to understand how they have 20 people working behind the counter and forget things on a daily basis. Bad Customer Service!
Shout out to this deli for always giving great customer service and consistently making delicious food! Specifically Jess and Nick I believe his name is, always greets me by name when I come in and is always so friendly! Best deli in Patchogue BY FAR.
