I could make this a really short review and just say what I don 't like about Serendipity. It would be a blank post.Without a doubt the absolute best selection of local and national craft beer both in draft and package in all of Lake County. There 's literally no competition. Nobody comes close. You have to go to the Orlando area to find this kind of selection and even then the Dip as us locals call it matches them perhaps not in volume but in quality of selection.They are also the best coffee shop in Mount Dora as far as I 'm concerned. Food was pretty good, wine pour was reasonable and prices were average, but service was mediocre. I asked for hot sauce and salt/pepper when my food was delivered and was told that I had to wait until she made coffees while my food sat waiting. Also, I was given cocktail napkins as dinner napkins with silverware. When asked for the check, I was given a total amount and so I asked for an itemized check and the Barista looked at me like I was an alien. Since when do you just pay a check without knowing what you are paying for? I will not be going back. Food was good, but not worth it.
They are so friendly here all the time. I go by about once a month or so but don't always buy coffee. This time I opted to get one of their iced coffees with raspberry in it and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable as well and I didn't have to wait long for my coffee to be made. They also sell a small selection of food (snacks or a few breakfast items) in case you want something more than coffee. Plus, they do have a couple of tables outside if you prefer to sit outside. I recommend this place for coffee if you're in the area.
We visited a year ago and walked out when nobody addressed the fact that we walked in. We waited 15 minutes and nobody said hello. The people behind the bar were just chatting with other customers. We tried again last week and had THE SAME EXPERIENCE!! This time we ordered coffee but the employees were rude and unfriendly. There’s a wonderful coffee shop down the road so I suggest going there.

My number one stop for taprooms in the area. Serendipity is the place to get a great coffee and pick up some good IPAs for home. Their selection of beer is amazing you'll always find something. Rachel and Dave are the best owners, but the bartenders make this place special. Riley and Mera are both outstanding. Definitely recommend if you're stopping in Mount Dora.
Wow!!! I’ve never had a more delightful and satisfying Matcha Latte. I enjoyed it with their homemade cashew milk (or possibly oat milk, I can’t quite remember) sweetened with dates. I added a hint of Vanilla Rose flavor and it was topped with what seemed like Himalayan sea salt. When I say you’ve never had a better Matcha, I truly mean it!
This is one of our favorite places in Mount Dora! The coffee is delicious ? Mera is awesome and pointed us out to a lot of cool places to check out during our stay. We went to the Mexican restaurant she recommended and it was the best Mexican we have ever had. We will be back to Serendipity Brews tomorrow!
What can I say? This place is the bomb. Amazing craft beer selection. The diversity is amazing. Mera is top notch always knows what Stout I’m looking for…everytime I come in. The owners are great people as well, always there and very friendly.

I tried their Shark Week special latte, and it was excellent. It's a lovely little coffee shop. Food rating: 5/5.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces available around 10 PM on a Friday night.
