Absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly kind, the food is healthy, delicious, and highly-customizable, making it the perfect spot for a family or friend group that has different dietary restrictions! A fantastic place for a vegans in particular. I had a wonderful experience at this charming, local restaurant! The food is truly outstanding and has a sophisticated touch. The service was exceptional; we felt more like friends than just customers. Among all the breakfast spots in Virginia Beach, this one stands out as our favorite— we've visited nearly all of them! While none of the others are bad, this one just resonates with us the most. I highly recommend giving it a try; I’m sure you’ll love it too!
Great service and location with a charming laid back vibe. Extremely friendly staff. Small but very well curated wine list. Awesome chef/baker. Do yourself a favor and grab yourself a piece of zucchini bread or a brownie. They also have great vegan options!!!

I enjoyed Session so much that I ended up eating there several times during my brief visit to VB. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the vegan options are outstanding. Everything I tried was delicious, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
Amazing food, great owners and staff, and a chill environment. It’s worth every penny to eat here. I will be back! Oh and I love the rapper icons as the table place holders.
We stopped by on our way out of town just for the gluten-free breakfast sandwich, and it was definitely worth it. The service was incredibly friendly all around!
