S'Garwer Stub - Tisch resevieren

expérience atypique pour un resto alsacien.... nous avons commandé une tarte flambée pour l’apéro, et c'est une tarte flambée SURGELEE qui est arrivée, pas assez cuite et franchement insipide! nous avons demandé confirmation au serveur qui nous l'a confirmé. Etant alsacienne, je trouve ça honteux de la part d'une winstub alsacienne!Pour les plats, aucun soucis, c’était bon ( portions généreuses). N'hésitez pas à prendre la salade de chèvre chaud ou l'escalope à la crème, on s'est régalées.NB: les cafés nous ont été offert... ( rapport à la tarte flambée?)

Bon accueil par des serveuses souriantes, vives et patientes à la fois. La déco est originale et montre que l'on peut faire quelque chose de bien avec quelques rondelles de bois !!.. Mes amis motards/motardes et moi voulions déguster des Flammekueches arrosées d'un vin blanc d'Alsace bien sûr ou de bière pour certains. Nous avons trouvé notre bonheur au S'Garwer Stub !

In the heart of Ribeauvillé is this picturesque restaurant with uninterrupted cuisine, it seems made for Spanish... typical alsatian food of quality, very generous dishes and at an excellent price compared to those of the region. Very recommended the bouchée à la reine ... very good.

The beef coast is excellent the very reasonable price but the service I understand is difficult compared to the number of covers at noon
