*DO NOT USE* Disgusting level of service. Food was an hour and a half after ordering, not what was ordered and incomplete. Items were missing which meant I had to cook for my daughter as she needed to go to bed. 2 hours after ordering and when the rest of us had finished our meal, the missing items arrived but I turned them away. If this had been a restaurant I would have demanded a complete refund or simply refused to pay. There is no option for this through either the take away or Just Eat. I will never use this restaurant again. I phoned 12 separate times to enquire where my food was and to complain as I was entertaining guests. This is my second time dining in came in banquit night the waiter jay looked after us very nice young man with a very nice smile very talkative unlike most restaurants where they just serve never tobe seen but shaan you have absolutely made this a regular for me the food was amazing the best i ever had i will be back again thanks jay for extra chocolates a very nice touch
In have food from here on a regular basis for a delivery to my house always good service good food and a cheap price the service is good and delivery times always within the hour never had a bad meal from here they do have a small sit down restraunt and you can bring your own alcohol but i prefer home deliver over all quality food good service
Got a takeaway a few weeks back as it advertises Nepalese food, and my girlfriend is Nepalese so we were both intrigued. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. After finishing a thoroughly average (and not Nepalese) meal, we were both ill for days, resulting in having to take time off work. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The restaurant may be small but the food is totally amazing! The flavours the chef creates are so delicious! Everything we have had from Shaan has been SO good. Try the Badami a personal favourite of mine and my husband (although he has it hot lol) Do ya self a favour try it!
We ordered a takeaway through just eat and this was our first time of using shaan. The delivery was on time and the food was amazing, not greasy, full of flavour and good portions. If you are looking for somewhere new then look no further you will not be disappointed
Had a lovely take away from here. Delicious food great service. Highly recommended.. cannot fault any of it popadums oniom salad chicken bhuna rice naan bread all spot on.
