As a teacher at a small private school, my colleagues and I recently took our students to Crystal Cove for an end-of-the-year field trip. We had placed an order in advance for our students, and the staff at Crystal Cove exceeded our expectations in terms of customer service. Despite being busy, they took the time to write each child's name on their lunches and shakes. Our order was delivered on time and the food was delicious. The teachers, including myself, were extremely pleased with how helpful the staff was. very funny place to grab a burger and a shake and I hear her breakfast is also quite great. the outer deck/terrace seating opportunity offers a beautiful view of the coast. the whole vibe is very relaxed; between the place, the design of the bow, and the classic Burger counter tariff, eating here art becomes an entire experience. at least it has done for this medium-western visitor, perhaps not so much for South California natives. bonus if they are in cars, they can try exotic (on the way and through sound) past the pacific coast highway. or sometimes directly on the parking lot. it also turns out lamborghini drivers like burger!
Recently visited Crystal Cove Shake Shack while on a family vacation. Parking can be a problem backing up into the highway however we got a spot in a 5 minutes. Service for ordering was fast and friendly. Food in less than 10 minutes. Burgers and shakes were very good. Awesome views from the cliff above Crystal Cove. $20 Per person for a tasty cheeseburger, fry and shake.
Depending on when you go there can be a line of cars and/or people. There are only about 10 parking spots so patience is key but does move quicker than you expect. The shakes were the biggest hit in our group. Burgers were very good but not as good as the chain with a similar name. Service is brisk and the views of the beach and sunset is spectacular.

This is one of my favorite places that I've always dreamt of visiting. My partner surprised us with a visit here the other day, and I must say he picked the perfect spot. The staff is friendly, the view is amazing, and the food and shakes are delicious. This isn't our first visit, and it definitely won't be our last.
Ok. The locals know, parking at the shack is a nightmare. However, there is a state park parking lot near by. The food is good. The service is friendly and attentive. It is a food window but if you need anything they can and will grab it for you. Let's be honest. It's the view that you are here for.
Nice view, but other than that…cheeseburger was fine, shake was okay. Sweet potato fries were not great. 20 bucks for a burger, fries and a shake. Just average food, cost too much.
This restaurant is a great spot to grab a burger and milkshake. They also serve a tasty breakfast with Peet's coffee. The ocean view is fantastic, but parking is limited.

came here from arizona and only had to try the infamous shake shack! the travel eating was amazing, the weather was beautiful, and the view! spectacular must come again!
what a relaxed art and wise to enjoy the view of the sea! I love this place. the peets coffee is delicious!
