Shake Shack Sawgrass Mills

The food was great as always in shake shacks. However, very disappointed with the service there. To begin with, both my and my friends' orders were missing an item to begin with. One is missing a milkshake another is missing one burger. It was still good since we would get it quickly after speaking with the staff. The worst part was the add-on order of chicken bits, I waited 15 mins to speak with the first staff. I was told it’s coming out soon. Then 25 minutes later, I asked another staff, and I was told it was coming out soon. I ordered the Avocado Burger!It was great!One of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life!Great place to eat, unfortunately the location it isn’t the best. It is outside the mall, very long walk and you have to walk in the hot sun for a while.But it was worth it! The food is great!Totally recommend it!

We went there really early, so there was practically no one there. Not sure how they will work when crowded. As usual, the burgers and fries were amazing.

Amazing quality at this location. Great management. Employees are super friendly. Probably one of these best shake shack experiences I've had in awhile.

Brian did a great job. Amazing and fast service. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend looking for him when you go in there.
