I had an excellent experience at Shaker St-Hyacinthe! The service was superb, and our server, Justin, was outstanding. He was not only attentive but also funny, making our time there enjoyable. They really made us feel valued and, most importantly, treated us like humans! I also want to highlight the fantastic service we received at the bar, especially from Bastien, who served us with warmth and respect. Thank you, Shaker St-Hyacinthe, and a special thanks to Justin! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The food was a bit overpriced, in my opinion, as the serving size of the tartare was very small. Additionally, I found the salad had too much dressing. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted good. The ambiance of the place was nice as well. I didn't try any of their mixed drinks, but they looked appealing. Also, the brie was definitely a highlight.

I highly recommend this restaurant. As an English speaker, I feel right at home here. The tartare is absolutely fantastic. The staff is even more impressive. A big thank you to the bartender and hostess, especially Mathieu. Be sure to ask for him—enjoy your visit!
