Ate here twice in the last week, as i was staying at the attached hotel. The first time, we were offered bread for the table which never arrived. Food was very tasty when the correct meal eventually arrived. Only got 1 drink after waiting 20 minutes with an empty glass. Very poor, inattentive staff.We went back a second time with friends. And hoped our first experience was not the norm, but we found out we were very wrong in that decision. Again food was great when it arrived but service really let the restaurant down. No drink refills, no coffee or dessert offered, waited atleast 30 mins after we finished our meals. Eventually had to find a member of staff to pay my bill and leave. Won't be...
Very modern and new look. Not sure of the age of place but appears to be in the 2 to 4 year range maybe. This was my second visit and merited a review for what was missed. Food was good. We had pizza. Thin crust. Hit the spot late in evening after a long flight and a drive. Only problem was a dirty glass for a double bourbon. This should never be missed. A customer shouldn’t ever be the one who discovered this. An inexcusable miss by the bartender who poured and the server that delivered. It was not just a little bit dirty… It was clearly the remains of lip stick or lip balm of some sort. I like the hotel property and will stay there again. The food was delicious but we were very disappointed by the slow and inattentive service. What a shame.My husband's order was wrong (twice) and the bread we were offered never came. Empty glasses and plates sat on the table so long, we had to grab some other server to ask for the bill. The bill was incorrect as well.We wanted dessert but decided to go somewhere else, this restaurant did not care about our business.Very unfortunate as we would have been happy to eat there again however, we will not be back.
Worst dining experience. We were forgotten about 1h30 at our table and when they finally realized that they placed customers in a section with no attached server, they used water glasses to forget us again. For what is there food, the portions are ridiculously small for the price. So it's not by inviting me to like your page a year later that I'm going to paddle my feet in this restaurant. Overall, the food was good, though nothing particularly stood out. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the staff was mostly friendly and cheerful. The operation is well-managed. We typically avoid restaurants that are in or attached to hotels, as we are staying at the Sheraton, but we were pleasantly surprised by the unique dishes and quality here. I went there for breakfast, and I was disappointed with the presentation and flavor of the food. My iced coffee wasn't cold and tasted bland as well. The meal cost me $30, but I've had much better experiences for much less. Additionally, the service was quite slow, despite the restaurant not being busy. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
A hidden gem just outside of Montreal. This restaurant features a diverse selection of delicious dishes. We tried the Zibo salad along with two main courses, and I can confidently say that the salad and one main course are enough for two people. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it for a date!
