Best soup dumplings I have had so far. Super thin skin, very juicy, and broth is packed full of flavor. The Shanghai pork was an umami bomb. The pork and crab was satisfying and light, while umami was complimented by sweetness from crab. The accompanying ginger vinegar dipping sauce was perfect balance to the soup dumplings. I always enjoy visiting this place. The owner is fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. My favorite is the chili fried chicken, which I order mild because it can be quite spicy! It's truly amazing.
