I had a frustrating experience with one of the cashiers at this restaurant. I was only a few feet away when I placed my order, and she asked me to repeat myself three times. My sister also had to repeat her order, and the cashier rolled her eyes, displaying a really unprofessional attitude. If someone in a service position can't manage their demeanor, they may not be cut out for this type of work. As for the food, I would give it a 3 out of 5.
This could be the only boba place in the area. The service is fast and efficient. However, I do wish they had snacks like some other locations offer. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the small plaza, which is also home to other busy businesses. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
Consistent and solid boba place. Always some new combination to try. I recommend a coffee crema or any fruit tea with half or less sweetness. Milk teas are good too but they are all pretty similar tasting. Honey lemonade with aloe is a must on a hot day.
