We ordered wraps and some kibbeh online. Picked up the order and they charged us for only one kibbeh instead of 8 and some chicken and rice which we did not order or receive. Called them to tell them what happened they said I could go pick up the kibbeh, I said I’d go the next day. Called the next day to make sure I could go pick them up, my husband went and they said that I was wrong and they gave him a “free hummus for the misunderstanding” so they stole from us and lied twice on the phone. I called back and the lady on the phone said she had no idea and so I asked for the owner or manager to call me back of course they didn’t. Very dishonest. I even have the receipts as proof. Never again...
Hygiene is brutal. Had to remind them not to touch my food with same gloves as handling the cash register and touching pens. An hour later after eating the food I got sick. I strongly encourage not to buy food from this place. I definitely will not be going back and the place needs inspection and strong guidelines on safe food handling. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The food and service has always been outstanding. A hidden gem is their grape leaves. Fresh, handmade with love and certainly a must try.
