We ordered from the Shek Wu takeaway in Rushden last night and delivery was quite prompt turning up in about 30 minutes. We ordered the Chinese chicken fried rice with Chicken and Mushrooms and the Chicken curry with chips, there was plenty of it and piping hot too.... We had to leave some there was that much. My curry was very good, sauce a bit thick but a good 8/10 for that. Large portions.... And the bag of chips was enough to fill 3 adults up alone.... They were average. really friendly staff both on the phone and on delivery. I think I talked to rosie who was very helpful. the delivery was incredibly fast 20 minutes after my order. the food was excellent. I had a king prawn szcehuan court, singapur fried rice and prawn toast. it was excellent. could not ask for a better service, which is why I will give these 5 stars and will definitely order again! You know that feeling when you're so stuffed that you can't eat another thing, but there is still food left and you just have to finish what you started. Shek Wu delivers again in more ways than one.
simply the best Chinese in the opposite (and have tried the rest just to be sure! really friendly staff, amazing fast delivery times and always hot, fresh, delicious eating. defintiely recommend

I ordered today and EVERYTHING WAS OK. Lady on the phone very pleasant, delivered on time, hot, fresh and tasty food. Best Chinese takeaway from Rushden and surrounding areas. 5+ stars !!!
I continue to visit this facility because of the variety of dishes, the fast delivery of service and the cleanliness of the front of the house. eating is always delicious and plentiful.
amazing eating, amazing service. After they have tried some Chinese restarunts in the city, shek wu is really the best in the city. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
