Wow! Living in the Midwest I don 't get seafood this fresh and Shells doesn 't disappoint! Our server Bailey, is friendly and personable. She showed true interest in us and helped us navigate the menu to pick the best dishes for us. I asked what she would order and she recommended: Fresh Mahi Mahi Felix topped with jumbo lump crabmeat and roasted red peppers in a lobster cream sauce. This restaurant far exceeded our expectations regarding service and food expectations. Bailey was our waitress and was an exceptional example of an exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable and always on our needs. We never had to ask for the filling of our drinks or ask for additional services. She was always attentive. The rest of the staff was also exceptional. The waiters would put the food in the kitchen and immediately after we got our order. All foods are professionally prepped and present extraordinary presentation. Shells is a popular seafood chain across Florida. This location is in Brandon, FL. The decor of the restaurant was nice, clean, and welcoming. Our staff was friendly, and took a short time preparing our food. The shrimp and carb dip is a must get here! The dip has lots of flavor, gooey, and great to eat! Had the right amounts of chunk too. I also liked the shrimp and scallops pasta. The pasta was good. It was angel hair, and it had good flavors. Overall, would definitely recommend checking out! Would be a much better alternative to Red Lobster.
Went to Shells for my 64th birthdayHad the seafood pasta… it should be called, Seafood Delight! It was packed full of seafood and was delicious. If I didn’t know better I would have thought the sauce was made with butter, but it’s not. So rich and buttery tasting and silky smooth. Our waitress was so sweet and thoughtful by putting a “Happy Birthday” message on my dessertFabulous! Thank you. This is our favorite place to eat.

Food and service was delightful. The crabcakes were delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the fish could've used a little more season and the linguini was very salty. Our waiter (Ronnie) was fantastic and I loved the way all of the wait staff work together to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Although there were a couple of misses, we will be back to try it again.
beer only for $4. also we had deliciously steamed garnel as an appetizer. my man had the beginning of the day with rice and vegetables. I had a Cesar salad with grilled salmon upstairs. I asked for my dressing on one side. it was a great experience
Amazing staff, delicious food, fun atmosphere. I'm so glad we found this place! We make it a pile! The Clam Chowder is the best I ever had! Our fantastic water Rodney gave us great dinner suggestions. Margaritas were the bomb!!! We'll be back.
Was not my best experience. My shrimp in my pasta had shells on it. My partners meal has mushrooms, though we requested non. Will give them another chance but the other two locations have been better. Our waitress was great though.

Everything was good! The prices are decent. The service was a little slow, but they had little staff. Variety of food options. You also have a little happy hour drink menu.
We were the first couple in at 4pm. Food was excellent and service. My dish was Salmon Felix and my husband had 8oz sirloin with 2 shrimp skewers added on.
