I've been buying their 6 pcs greenbean (mung bean) puff every year. But this year, they just don't taste the same as they did before. For some reason, I get this metallic after taste on some of them. Did my taste bud change or did they change the ingredients? It shows what's made from on the back of the box: mungbean paste, enriched wheat flour, margarine, butter, shortening, water, dry red onion, sugar, corn syrup. Also in capital bold letter, it says it contains wheat and soy milk. No common or rare metal was listed as the ingredient. But what was it then? I've also noticed my drowsiness after I ate just one, it stays in my stomach like a heavy rock. Today it made me feel sleepy again afte...
Super cute bakery with traditional Taiwanese foods. Their buns pastries are fresh and yummy. I got the green onion bun and cream filled cheese bun both were very good. Heat the green onion bun and eat with your morning coffee, it's amazing! The cream filled cheese bun is a sweet and savory bread sweet cream on the inside but a salty cheesy top. They also serve SO many kinds of mooncakes and pastries. I haven't tried their coffee milk boba teas, but will go back to try.
My company has many many many people from Asia and they come back from their business trips and bring moon cakes and egg tarts and a few other pastries. Visitors from our Asia offices bring them as well. They are a HUGE hit. We now have discovered this bakery (we work near the one in Cupertino but some of us are also near the Brisbane and San Mateo locations) and are absolutely delighted to be able to get these wonderful delicacies locally!
This is not a retail bakery; it serves as an office and manufacturing center exclusively for wholesale. We visited in search of a cake, but we were kindly informed that they do not accommodate walk-in customers.

I came here yesterday to buy some specialty breads and buns. They had a wide variety to choose from so I bought one of each. Each one tasted great especially the ones with cream and spring onions in them.
I purchased the assorted mooncakes, but there were no pineapple mooncakes included. The box had 4 date, 4 lotus, and 4 red bean mooncakes.
I ordered mooncakes online, and they were delicious! The prices were reasonable, and there were excellent discounts available.
Great service, excellent products, overall quality business.
