On-line booking does not accommodate when trying to plan for a group of more than 4. Booked an Advance Tee time for 8 more than a week ahead by calling the pro shop, submitted form received by e-mail for payment details within 24hours only to be told the times had not been reserved and were no longer available. Very poor business practice and rules around booking... will not be getting my business. Suppose things must be so good they don’t need it.
The $65 charge in November demands a level of responsibility and pride in the course's upkeep. I noticed the rangers were mostly inactive throughout the day, and many of the greens were covered in leaves. Perhaps the experience improves during peak season, but I was not impressed during my round yesterday. Management needs improvement.
The Proshop staff, particularly Julie, were incredibly rude. First impressions matter a lot, and at Shepard's Hollow, it seems the customer is never right. However, I must say that the course itself is beautiful.
This course has 27 holes that are all visually Fun to Play! You might not make very many Birdies Pars but you will appreciate the shot making skills to nab Bogies! Look forward to playing it again sometime! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
You must play all 27 holes everyone is a gem , great greens , fairways and tee boxes , call Ian in the pro shop he is very very helpful. Forgot , great food ????????.
Amazing conditions! The greens were incredibly fast. It's a golfing experience that everyone should try at least once!
