I got kicked out when I brought my little chihuahua (in my arms) this morning @hewitt Shipley’s branch. The older lady was incredibly rude about it. I went to their website and it say pet friendly…definitely NOT in Hewitt!! It was a big disappointment for me, the lady embarrassed me in front of all the other customers. I can’t brag about this place. Worst experience!
My order was extremely overpriced, and the lemonade I received tasted stale and watered down—I ended up throwing it away. The staff didn't provide me with a receipt to verify the price, which was frustrating since I was in a hurry. Additionally, none of the drinks that were advertised were available. I would recommend saving your money at this location.
When placing my order through the drive-thru tablet before reaching the window, I've found that it often comes out wrong. This has happened to me three times now! Next time, I think I'll just hold off and order directly at the window.

We went to grab some fresh donuts first thing at 5:45am because we hadn't had Shipley's in forever... we arrived and they had not even started making donuts yet.
Staff was extremely rude. I'm sorry we stopped by to purchase something to eat 30 minutes before you closed, definitely didn't mean to inconvenience you ?
My donut was incredibly cold like it came out the freezer, normally they are fairly warm when I come but today was off all the way around .
