I typically don't use social media to criticize businesses, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the service we received at #napaneeshoelessjoes on Saturday night. We had a reservation for 20 people at 6:30pm for a surprise birthday dinner, but we were not seated until close to 7pm. It took them 2 hours to serve us our food, which was unacceptable. The waitress was rude to some guests for no apparent reason, other than the fact that she had purple hair. This behavior from the staff, including the owner, left us feeling disrespected and unheard. Some guests did not even receive the food they ordered. When my wife and I raised our concerns to the owner, he simply brushed us off...
I have never been a fan of the Shoeless Joe's franchise, particularly their menu. However, I decided to visit the Napanee location for its comfortable bar with multiple TV screens playing sporting events. My wife and I frequented the restaurant 4-6 times a month and even brought guests along. During my last visit, I ordered a chicken dish that was overcooked and dry, with a portion size more suitable for a hummingbird. I rarely complain about food, but when the waitress asked for feedback, I expressed my disappointment. The manager offered a 20% discount, citing limitations in what he could do. I was unimpressed that the meal had left the kitchen in such poor condition and that I had to pay...
we have believed a Covid-friendly family meeting and decided to invite everyone to meet yesterday on shoeless joes terrace (on afternoon afternoon afternoon.) the personal answered asking and laid me in peace before, and they had everything ready when we arrived early, including an indoor option because. the weather was uncertain. at the end the server and the kitchen staff took care of 23 of us on the terrace efficiently and safely. the food was excellent, there were no complaints from everyone recommended!
Not a lot of restaurant choices in Napanee. Being from North Carolina we have never heard of Shoeless Joe's but it looked like the best option in town. We were NOT disappointed. Our waitress was friendly, and upon hearing our accents wanted to know where...we were from. Both our dinners were delicious and the service was fantastic. We had hoped for a return visit before we left the area, but unfortunately we weren't able to make that happen. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be back! there were not many places to foot from the hampton inn that were opened when we landed in napanee after a day of travel. we passed the 5 minutes here and were not disappointed. the nachos were absolutely amazing (sadly this level...Aftero quality was not in other Shoeless locations as we discovered) the personal has all the right Covid checks, giving great and attentive service. kanada overall is not the cheapest place to eat, but this chain had half reasonable prices.
I went to the restaurant for a late dinner and was seated in the bar area. There were plenty of TVs showing different games and sports. I was a bit disappointed with the new menu. I preferred the previous menu which featured creations from employees from all over Ontario. However, I ended up ordering the new steak dish and found it to be delicious.
don't waste your money or your time! a burger ordered, the bunk stale. portions were so small that I had to stop at mcdonalds after starving. I'm not a big eater, so that's ridiculous. there are better restaurants to choose from in napanee!
Last saturday night we had a late dinner for 6 in our group after the theatre in selby. Large nachos $20 was very small with little cheese it was not good it was very empty for a Saturday night .we will not return. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
First time going since reopened. Menu disappointing and expensive. Ordered 2 pop and decided to go. 7.98 for 2 pop. Shame it isnt like it was before. Wont be returning.
