October 2022: A delightful little Japanese gem tucked away in Claremont. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is very friendly. However, Google Maps can sometimes lead you astray, so it’s a good idea to check their location online beforehand; otherwise, you might end up in the Woolworths parking lot! They do offer vegetarian options—just ask the friendly staff. This place is also very child-friendly, and there are a few rooms available right at the entrance. Additionally, it is wheelchair accessible. If you have any dietary restrictions, just inquire with the team.
Warm and welcoming. Very helpful and friendly staff but you'll need to order at the counter. Not licensed, probably not BYO either. Huge range of food, a wider selection of dishes than many other Japanese restaurants. The portions of the mains are huge, bigger than I was expecting and more than I could eat the prices are incredible. I could feed myself here for less than I could at home. I'm probably going to try.
Super sad I haven't found this place any earlier. They have banquet options where you can have ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI! as well as very affordable noodles/rice/bento boxes. I would highly recommend going to place, good for the locals!

I enjoyed the food, but the wait was quite long and they couldn’t get a simple modification to my menu item correct. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I really enjoy banquets! The miso soup, dumplings, sashimi, and the mixed platter with unlimited sushi rolls were all fantastic. Everything was delicious!
