I am super disappointed in this store. I shop here every single week and likewise buy the hot rotisserie chicken in the deli department every single week. I’ve been doing this for 6 plus years now. I came in tonight around 6pm and there was only 1 chicken left. Unfortunately it was not a full size chicken, but appeared half the size of the one I normally buy for $7.99. However this chicken was still marked $7.99. At the register I asked to speak with someone regarding my concern and was appalled. The employee himself stated the chicken looked like a 1/4 of a chicken, but Sue snatched the chicken away and said nope nothing we can do. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unkindness of an employee. After arriving on my motorbike, I needed to pack my items into my backpack. To avoid holding up the line, I stepped to the side of an unused exit that had a windowsill. A young man politely informed me that it wasn't an exit, and I explained that I was just trying to pack my bag out of the way. Then, an employee came over with a negative attitude, huffing and puffing, and rudely exclaimed that the alarm would go off. I'm not really a fan of this location. The store's layout feels a bit off, with the frozen food section placed in the middle. Typically, it's located at the back, allowing less time for your items to thaw before checkout. Some products are also positioned in unexpected spots, which I might get used to with more visits, but it wasn't intuitive for someone shopping there for the first time. During my visit, most of the staff seemed either absorbed in personal conversations or not very welcoming. I had high expectations since the location is convenient and the store is new, but after two visits, I think I’ll stick with the Commack location instead.
No Stars. New Huntington store I was FALSELY Accused of Shoplifting items that I paid for and have Receipt for purchase. 2 if their employees Threatened me with Police yet called nobody. They said I'm Banned from store. I've contacted their corporate and almost No response or anything They have not done anything regarding this The Employees did not identify themselves nor did The one wear any ID or Shoprite anything ran up to my card and threatened the above with No Proof. Even though I bought the items and have Proof with a Credit Card receipt that was method of purchase as well.

At 16$ a pound for board head turkey this is how the rude deli worker sliced it last night. Not sure what was going on I was polite. Not one slice I could do a regular sandwich with. There’s no way the worker didn’t notice when she packaged it. Called the store the second I got home. They did nothing and wanted me to drive back with it. Emailed shop rite corporate as well. I never have an issue here this is my normal supermarket. If people don’t want to cut expensive cold cuts the right way they should be fired. Management and customer service there sucks too.
I had a amazing cashier named Marquis S who helped me today. He is always very courteous and helpful. IHe is truly an asset to shoprite He is truly a pleasure to have him help me. Thanks Marquis S Thank you shoprite for hiring such a great cashier
Customer service has been excellent there and the transitions of the changes with the construction has set up a good vibe in there. Walked in this morning and baker was happy making bread. Place smelled so good and quickly got a gallon of milk.
Many cashiers seem completely inefficient, almost as if they're in a trance, especially during the evening hours. There often aren't enough registers open, which means it takes me longer to check out than it does to shop.

Totally adequate supermarket. Not the preferable one but I do go here in a pinch. Not always the best prices but it’s fine.
I arrived just 10 minutes before closing, but they turned me away at the door. I won't be returning!
