It was a very busy night in downtown Nundah when we went to this restaurant. So good to see an honest to goodness Thai restaurant having a go here. Nothing too fancy though. Good to see that their ordering procedures were made very clear, as only one staff member was not a Thai native, so ESL could have been a problem - successfully avoided. Service was slow, though understandable with so many guests. Prices were average, as was the food. So if you're not expecting too much then this place is just fine.
We had 2 curries and 1 stir fry and while the curries are a good amount the stir fry was a fairly small portion. Compared to other places the serving of rice was tiny. We ordered 2 serves of coconut rice and despite only eating half the curry we ran out of rice so we had to buy another serve. Then we had to buy another serve for the left over curries we took home. Considering that a serve of rice is charged at $3 the servings should be enough for a whole meal.
We regularly visit Siam Sensations. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is great, such lovely helpful staff. It is a comfortable atmosphere and the menu offers an excellent range of freshly prepared dishes. We strongly recommend but you should book!
Siam Sensations is always packed. The reason for this is that the food is reflective of the restaurant title - sensational. The take away line on a Friday night is like a conga. Do yourself a favour and eat there, or get take away.

Very good food, reasonable prices, welcoming staff and good service : Big plus was seeing the effort to clean and disinfect tables and chairs after each table was vacated.Will definitely be back and recommend :

Just discovered this gem in Nundah - had red curry chicken and massamum beef curry - good staple dishes, really fresh ingredients. Have been twice this week
Wonderful Thai food for our family tonight . As it is so hot we got takeaway for home as air con at home . The food was excellent and price was cheap .
