Worst service ever. Here is a synopsis of my customer experience at Fish Factory:1. The customer service assistant refused to take my phone order because the system was down. I was perplexed why my order could not simply be written down2. So I went to make my order in person but was told to join a queue to order at the fresh seafood counter (even though no one was waiting at the cafe counter3. Whilst waiting in the queue the same assistant started serving new walk ins (as I waited)4. Whilst my order cooked I noticed the same customer service assistant took a phone order (And wrote said order on paper )5. My order did not have tartare sauce, chicken salt or garlic butter on the grilled barra...
We called at the eponymous Fish Factory for fish and chips to take home. The Factory offers a wide range of fish - both native and imported and we opted for barramundi in batter. By default fish is fried in breadcrumbs and for a small extra payment it can be prepared in batter. In addition to fried fish it is possible to buy fresh and frozen fish and other seafood - quite a dazzling choice being offered. Portions of chips are sized for communal eating and are of excellent quality. All in all a very satisfying experience - one of the best fish and chip shops I have yet encountered.
No matter how nice the fish is if you give a paying customer something other than what they asked for then they cannot give you a good reviewI asked for Grilled sea perch - charged another $.50 for the pleasure...Got crumbed fishI cannot eat crumbed Lucky my partner got grilled flake...although I'm pretty sure that was not meant to be grilledHappy about my meal?No- im not able to eat what i asked for Despite this the fish is fresh and tastyThe chips are fine too
ordered cod and chip special for $7.90 and was told by the lady taking the order that she didn't know if the special was still on or not. I was then charged $10.60 thinking I was getting a bigger serve I was disappointed in the size of the fish which was over cooked but had sufficient amount of chips.I noticed the board advertising the special was still outside all afternoon so if the special is over take the board inside

They should be a little more accurate to write on the web site the closing time.At 6.45 pm, so like 45 minutes before the time closing the shop was already completely empty while they quickly clean everything.If the time closing is 7.30 they should respect it. Not serious!
This is our go to local fish and chip shop. The daily specials are exceptional value with the fish of the day, 2 salads and chips. The fish is always cooked perfectly. It's also one of the best fresh seafood shops in the area with the best quality seafood.
Great place to buy your next fish super with all the trimmings or have it cooked for you. Dining in is very basic - not a restaurant, but the fish is amazing. Think cafe with a huge fresh fish section for you to take home yummies too.
Has great selection of fried and fresh seafood. Mid level prices - Really enjoy Calamari and Moreton Bay Bugs! Easy to find and spacious to hold a few people looking around. Staff are friendly and place is immaculate.

The best place i have ever seen for seafoods, you can choose from menu, i recommend mix grill , and u can also choose from fresh fishes , octopus , lobsters, ... And pay 10$ per kg to make it. Very very great.
