this place is clean, well run and well designed. it does not apply, unruly groups of students or arrogant millenials, which cannot be intended for the rest of us any punishment for them. this place is for peaceful families, couples and friends who respect nature and other people. enjoy friendly talk and laugh here. the cabins are clean with kitchen appliances, but let us face, you come here to melt with nature. ripe trees, natural sea position, large open green area along the oat. muskoka chairs are designed for them to take the view. when this charges up their batteries and renews their souls, they stay here, or spend at least some time appreciating this neck of the forest. the restaurant h...
A fun restaurant on the grounds of a RV park on the shores of Sparrow Lake. We have been a few times and I always say I will order something different but their fish and chips are so good that I keep getting it! Next time I will order something different....maybe.This would have rated a 5 star if there wasn't a large group of very noisy people. I do know that isn't the restaurant's fault but it did take away from our enjoyment as we couldn't hear each other talk. Apparently this same group is there every week. We will try to go at a different time.
fried food. the fish and chips are in order, if they don't mind, an inevitable waiting for them. we literally waited for hours for our meal the last (and I mean last) time we visited. one of the children slept on the table waiting for their...Dino Buddhas and fries. the waitress. the soou is busy. because the kitchen is so small. I wouldn't be back, but it's always packed so if they like this type of service and eating...it's the only place to eat in the opposite.

We ate here because the resort we were staying at had horrible, overpriced food and there was no other place we could find to eat! The fish and chips were tasty and the portions generous. However we waIted for one hour to be served (not...exaggerating) and there was no air conditioning in the heat of July summer so by the time the food arrived we were all hot, grumpy and uncomfortable.

It's right on Sparrow Lake. I've been here a few times and each time the service is low and the food seems like it could be better. Still, it's very busy and there is nothing else nearby. If you want to eat ordinary fish and chips, this will do. The menu has other things as well. It's okay for the area but not worth a trip.
We have been to this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed ourselves. Great pizza, great fish and chips, menu has many nice choices and several good apps. The view is very nice and the people are great. Expect a slower service because the place is busy and the kitchen is smaller. Definitely recommended.
