I ordered the small salad for $8 with avocado and chicken. It was a disappointment as there were only two small pieces of avocado and chicken in it. The dressing left a metallic taste in my mouth which made it hard to determine if the ingredients were fresh. I suggest they rename it to accurately reflect the small amount of avocado and chicken in it. Overall, it was very disappointing and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Located in the canteen area of Barangaroo, Silverbeet is a food stall that offers a variety of dishes from different outlets. They have a wide selection of appetizing salads, hot snacks, sandwich options, and drinks. I tried the flat fillet with Greek salad, but unfortunately, the salmon was dry and lacked flavor. However, my wife enjoyed her ham, tomato, and cheese roasted salad.
