The staff here are extremely friendly. Our main course took a while to arrive, likely because it was a busy Saturday night with every table occupied. However, the meal was definitely worth the wait—it was delightful! Just a heads up: they currently do not sell alcohol, so feel free to bring your own beer or wine; they provide glasses. I would highly recommend this place and would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the long wait time.
I ordered a delivery from Simla while staying in a holiday home just outside Blandford. I was initially concerned about the delivery, but the staff provided outstanding service, and the person I spoke with on the phone was exceptional in customer service. I must say, the food was very, very good—delivered on time, hot, and fresh. It was a great curry! We will definitely be back.
The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. However, the long wait for our food was disappointing. The restaurant has recently stopped serving alcohol, and we weren't informed of this when we spoke on the phone. It wouldn't be a big deal if we could bring our own beers, but it was frustrating to have to leave and come back.
The restaurant is a lovely and clean establishment. It was a peaceful Monday, and the owner, Abs, is an incredibly friendly man who makes everyone feel at home. This is honestly the best Indian restaurant I've been to. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed a delicious vegan meal, and they provided me with great information about allergens.
