my friend and I had bought a teegutschein in the afternoon as a gift. Remember that this place was closed during the kovid etc. followed by strict Kovid regulations, we have just tried to book our tee we were delighted about. my friend was told that the voucher is no longer valid, it has changed only in the last 6 months plus the management, so we could not use it. my friend asked if a discount could be offered as a compromise, but that was also rejected. how bad is this customer service. we will not go back here, as noted that all prices have also shot up, including a £4 increase alone on every afternoon tee. avoid this place, as their service together with no understanding or compromise ha...
We visited today with our two boys, unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. We waited 1hour for two bacon sandwiches and jam on toast, which when you have a toddler is not ideal. Our other child had eaten and finished his tea cake 40minutes...before we received ours. The bacon sandwiches were almost £5 each and we received what was obviously cheap 50/50 bread with no butter on and a piece of bacon thrown on. Not tasty and not worth the price tag or long wait.
Visited today for lunch having pre-booked. We were early but the table was ready. Good choice of sandwiches, paninis, jackets, omelettes etc plus specials. We both enjoyed our food (paninis) with a nice side salad, a few crisps and coleslaw. Paninis were hot and salad...was fresh. Followed up with a piece of cake, all very nice. It was busy but we weren't rushed. Will definately be back, very enjoyable.
I took my in laws here for an afternoon tea for their anniversary, it was the best afternoon tea I have had, my in laws loved it, the food was absolutely stunning the staff are so polite and lovely, the place is decorated so nicely...with beautiful tea sets I actually cant give this place enough praise, to call it a cafe doesn't give it justice, this place is so much more than a cafe. Booked afternoon tea to celebrate my husband 70th birthday 30 September 2021 and i can honestly say it was the best afternoon tea we have ever had.fantastic value for the amount you got it was yummy . service was very good and lovely helpful staff....shall see you very soon.
visited simply tasty with our family n had the afternoon tee that was very tasty. well presented, with a lot. the ambiente is very pleasant and the staff is very helpful, always there to see what is more necessary. plan another visit soon@ keep it...up
I and 7 friends had gone to aldridge village from a nearby hotel and considered a coffee in this magnificent caffe. we sat outside in the sunshine. the coffee and other drinks were delicious and the staff was beautiful. will definitely come back.
I needed some cupcakes as a gift (and to make a good first impression) and Simply Delicious certainly lived up to its name !! The cupcakes looked fabulous and were beautifully presented thank you so much. I can not recommend highly enough x Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I had lunch with coffee, club sandwich and chocolate. sandwich was ok, although dry but coffee needed 4 dishes and coffee dishes looked gray! chocolate definitiw not spicy. unfortunately tasted cheap.
