Food: Ordered their curry laksa, nasi lemak, pad see ew, young chicken, and fried calamari. I didn’t see a lot of people get this online but the calamari was really good. They way they fried it made the batter light and crispy. The pad see ew was good but the beef was a little chewy for me-not that big of an issue for me. The beef of the nasi lemak was so tender and juicy. It was served with a fried boiled egg, dried-crispy fish and shrimp. I highly recommend this dish along with the curry laksa. For the laksa you have the option to pick rice, vermicelli or egg noodles. The young chicken wasn’t so bad either. We ordered nasi campur (mixed rice), which included some delicious crispy pork! The jump noodles tasted good, but I’m not a fan of small yellow noodles that resemble Hong Kong noodles. I would have preferred a larger, chewier noodle, although they did have a pleasant aroma. Don’t forget to use the hot sauce to enhance the flavors! The empek-empek could use a bit of improvement; the texture was too soft and lacked the desired crunch. Additionally, the sauce was more savory than sweet and tangy. As for the es doger, it was tasty, but I would suggest adding more tape (fermented cassava) and filling, and perhaps making it less sweet. My friend and I got take out from here and we thought it was really enjoyable with lots of flavor. The larb was made differently than we are used to but it was delicious, and the yellow curry was one of the best I've had. I hope I get out that way again so that I can eat there, they are better than what's offered in my neighborhood.Food: 5/5
This is now my favorite Indonesian restaurant. There isn't many Indonesian restaurants around, I am glad this one is. I've been to Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia before and these dishes remind of it. The Nasi Kuning and Cendol here is so good definitely recommend it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It was worth the visit. I've never eaten this kind of food, but it was great! The people were very friendly and we didn't wait long for our food. They also sell a small selection of imported foods.Vegetarian options: Many of the dishes have a tofu option.
I visit this restaurant every two weeks, and I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, and they offer tasty food at reasonable prices. It's an excellent spot to unwind or get some work done. Food: 5/5
This restaurant is always a great choice for Indonesian cuisine. I really enjoy their jam mien (Kalimantan noodles), and their Thai tea is delicious as well.
