If you are vegan, be sure to specify when ordering as some of the side salads contain milk. The portions are generous and they always have vegan desserts, like date slices, clearly marked with a "v." Unfortunately, there is no free parking in this Lake District location. However, there are plenty of walking trails, bike paths, and play areas, making it a lovely place to spend a few hours.
