Today was my first visit to this restaurant, and despite it being over an hour's drive away, it will definitely not be my last! My fiancé has been a longtime fan of this place, having been coming here since he was a child, and he says that everything is exactly the same as he remembers. We both ordered the #1 sandwich - I chose the Sqaw bread while he went with Rye, and it turned out to be the best sandwich I've had in years! I have been craving a good sandwich for at least 5 years, and this place definitely satisfied that craving. Great service most of the time. The son of the owner can be rude to customers. I heard him raise his voice at a nice gentleman asking how much something was. The son of the owner snapped at the man, saying, WE 'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU. He didn 't need to be so angry when informing the young man. So sad because the rest of the staff has been overtop super friendly to all the time. The son needs to be away from customers. I took a picture on this day. I hope he matures because the other customers made some rude remarks that he must be the owners son. The owner has been super to deal with.
Sixth Street Deli is a hidden gem. A huge assortment of sandwich options all served deli fresh, with a dose of local charm. This is a deli through and through. You're unlikely to find anything gourmet or extravagant, but if you're in the market for a sandwich, it's here, and it's pretty good.

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu at this restaurant. I have visited here frequently and today I tried the Beef dip for the first time - it was absolutely amazing!
We ordered an Italian sub and got a tuna sandwich instead. Tried calling them to make them aware of the issue and was on hold for over 10 minutes.
Amazing local deli. Wide variety of options made fresh to order. Staff is always friendly along with a clean and nice atmosphere.
