The meat choice is Filet Mignon, not the rare steak that is too chewing for me. The beef balls are also a good choice. Special bovine comb shell #1 ordered. I'm a fan of the Steak flank seal and fat seal. Many basil Jalapeños on the side. The rice plate with fillet mignon onions and basil was the best! Can't wait to go back and order this for me. Come with a small bowl of soup.
