We hadn't visited Sizzlers in a couple of years due to a decrease in quality, but after hearing positive feedback from friends, we decided to stop by for a late Saturday lunch. To our surprise, the restaurant had undergone a much needed facelift and looked fresh, modern, and clean. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, which added to the overall positive experience. We both ordered the Sizzling Prawns with a salad bar meal and requested for the prawns to be served after 45 minutes so we could relax and enjoy our drinks and appetizers from the salad bar. The staff checked in with us at the 45 minute mark to see if we were ready for our meals, providing excellent service. They were attentive...
I haven't been in a Sizzler for a few years and upon entering I see its had a make over and it looks good. We're taken to our table with cutlery caddy and glasses. Glasses are both dirty, pepper shaker is dirty on the lid and we have no knives. Meals arrived. My husband has the grilled chicken meal and he's happy. I have the 200grm rump and it's thick and cooked to my specifications of medium rare BUT is tough. We tried some of the salads and they were nice. I see they have done away with the salad bar captian and thats a shame. For over an hour spilt red drick is over the drink counter. The silver containers down near the pasta have tried food over them. The cheese shaker looks like someone...
Every school holiday we would be taken to Sizzlers as a treat. We have been since then with mixed feelings, but this time will be our last. Four people over 14 having the salad bar cost $85...a price you can pay for a very good lunchtime meal including a glass of wine elsewhere in the area. However, it is all you can eat and has variety. The variety though was tasteless and didn't seem fresh. No desire to go back for more and the quality of the desserts was limited. It is no wonder that these places are closing down if this is what they are serving. Go for less variety, better taste and things might change.
As of late sizzlers been pretty good, the prices are a bit too high for the quality & the type of food you receive, hence why I only visit when its cheaper (before 4pm). Going during this time I have no complaints, its affordable and pretry tasty when having a malibu chicken, salad bar & dessert for roughly $25Keep up the good work but do consider dropping your dinner prices to keep it as it use to be - an affordable family dinner outing :) Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The meals here are usually good but we were a bit disappointed today. The fish on one plate was cold and my chips were cold. The sizzling prawns were excellent and the bbq pork ribs were great but came out more than 5 minutes after the rest of us had got our meals. I did mention the cold fish to a waitress who immediately offered more. As we were on to another course we did not accept.
My group and I visited the restaurant with a fairly large group. We ordered a variety of meals including steaks, garlic prawns, and chicken. The prawns were decent, but could have used more garlic. The salad selection was excellent, and the soup was good. The desserts did not meet our expectations, but the coffee was excellent. Overall, Sizzler is a great value for families.
My family and I went to Sizzlers last Friday night. The prices after 6pm are ridiculous! It cost us over $100.00 for four salad bars, far too much for the quality of food. I took my granddaughter to the toilet while we were there and they were putrid, dried faeces all over one toilet and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We won't be going back!
The salad bar is very ample and nice with plenty of salads and soups, and if you are a main is vey good too. The meat is really first class and the service quite friendly. Wines are very reasonable too. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
All of those childhood memories tempt you to return but it's not really worth the price. Staff were friendly and food ok just expensive unless you intend to eat a truck load!
