We discovered Skipper Jack's last year and made a point to return on our way to PEI this year. The food is amazing, and the portions are generous! It's a fantastic spot for anyone craving fresh and delicious seafood. In addition to seafood, there are also salad options available, so it's not just fried food that's outstanding. While many dishes are deep-fried, there are healthier choices as well, like lobster rolls, fresh lobster, and various seafood platters. And there’s plenty more, including scallops, mussels, and salmon!
Wow! When we entered the restaurant, everything was perfect (I didn't catch their names). We ordered three servings—two of fish and chips and one mixed plate. Everything was delicious, incredibly fresh, and very reasonably priced. As a former restaurateur, I can say this was some of the best food I've had. Many thanks to the skipper; her service was fantastic, and the food was spectacular. I will definitely be recommending Skipper Jacks as the place to go!
Great value!! Fresh flakey fish with a super crunchy, thin batter. Handmade coleslaw and tartar sauce are excellent. Fries were good and with a tasty gravy. Excellent service. Very quick. Super friendly! I'm not a picky eater, but when it comes with fish I have high standards as a Newfoundlander. This is by far the best halibut I've had to date. Can't wait to come by again.

Went with same family. I had the Jack burger with 2 patties and bacon and cheese. The patties where decent size and home made and was really good and would recommend. Family had fish and chip and portion of the fish was a nice size and both enjoyed their meal. Staff was friendly and nice. As well we did not wait to long for our meal. Would go back again.
The servers are wonderful and so is the food. They constantly check on you from time to time to check if you need anything from them. There's also hand sanitize in everytables. They clean the tables as soon as a costumer left. It was a very delightful experience dining with them.

wow, the other reviews don't lie. the first time in the maritime. the place rocks! I had the lobster role. lobster, lobster and more. delicious! Greek salad, fresh and delicious. the service was great. 5 stars for skipper jack’s?
Prompt and friendly service. DELICIOUS food which is cooked to perfection. Even though much of the food is deep fried, it is not greasy at all. They know how to properly deep fry food and obviously change the oil frequently.
