Greetings Foodzies, today we ventured into Harwood Heights. We went to Skores 6764 w Forest Preserve dr. Mainly a bar with all its amenities, bar in the front, tables in the back and slots shrouded to the side. Atmosphere, well you know what a bar looks like, several patrons around the bar chatting it up. Food was great our guests one a bartender said drinks were watered down but the bartender/waitress (L name I believe)was rude, hostile and had unnecessary attitude. At first she was fine asked for an ID and CC to hold the table and that was provided. No problem a guest provider an ID and I the CC. Upon closing the tab she did not even listen and gave me the whole bill. I indicated to her that she did not explain that we would have to charge our entire bill to one CC and I had indicated what I would be specifically ordering with this CC. We ordered food for pickup, and it was a frustrating experience. The bartender took her time walking over to me while I stood there waiting, without even a greeting. I had to say "excuse me" to get her attention. It's never particularly busy, yet she asked for my name and then went off to find my order. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes while she chatted with her fellow bartenders and rummaged through her purse. It was incredibly rude. Then she randomly asked if someone could grab the order for... WHAT'S YOUR NAME? Are you Grubhub? It was unreal. My husband had already refused to pick up from this place because of similar experiences, and I didn't believe him until I went through it myself....
Not happy with this last order. I never spend a little because I order a lot for a bunch of us at a time. I got an order of potato skins that weren't cooked, almost completely raw. I've been a customer for almost 8 years and have invested probably a thousand or more into supporting but when I requested a refund on uncooked potato skins, they didn't give it. I have never asked for a refund here, and I rarely ask anywhere (most times I'd rather just not return to that place). I am sad about this one. My family really enjoyed their clam chowder soup.

This is our favorite restaurant! They play great music, serve delicious drinks, and of course, the food is wonderful. Chef Thomas cooks with passion, and the dishes are simply amazing. I love everything about this place—from the friendly smiles to the fantastic drinks and the delicious food. The general manager is also an incredible guy. I highly recommend this place!
They need new server/waitresses, our server and the others were caught in the bathroom getting super high, she did not attend us for over an hour. Sad because we usually have a great time whenever we have been here but it was a horrible experience this past weekend. I would not recommend this place until they get new staff. time to look for a new place!
I've been ordering from here for a long time, and I've never been disappointed with their food. The customer service is excellent, and they offer a great variety of dishes. The food always arrives warm.

Drinks ok, nothing special. Servers rude and unattending. Place itself is not bad . Good music was playing. Would have given a better rating if servers were better.
If I could give a zero I would tried to order at 1 am kitchen doesn 't close till 2 and was denied spoke with the manager whose name was John and was no help
