The place is really nice but we waited over an hour for our food, mind you was fresh oysters. Then it took another 40 minutes for the rest of our cooked food to come. We had to ask the staff numerous times and they kept saying 5 minutes. Drinks too a really long time as well, the place is stunning but the service is really bad. I was really disappointed. We also stayed in the hotel and tried to call reception but we kept getting hung up on and when my partner went downstairs the concierge said he was busy doing other things and couldn’t talk.. not good when we’ve spent upwards of 2k for the weekend. My friend and I were seated and waited 15 minutes before we received a menu. We then waited half an hour for our cocktails, which were quite mediocre and too small for the $25 price tag. After that, we waited an entire hour for our food without any indication that there would be such a delay. When we inquired about how much longer it would take, a kitchen staff member rudely informed us that we should "expect a wait on food because there are obviously three functions happening."

What a waste of time! If you want to be deafened with duff duff music, be stank out with secondhand cigar smoke, be sat so far away from your friends that conversation is impossible and be left waiting for 20 minutes just to order a drink which takes a further 20 minutes to arrive then this is the place for you. Ridiculous service, we won’t be back.

The staff were wonderful, but a bit too eager in their attentiveness. It got chilly when the wind picked up. I would appreciate a wider selection of cocktails on the menu instead of just straight shots.
