I’ve been craving the buff chicken po boy with grilled jalapeños since I had it three weeks ago and it was as good as I remembered. Gumbo was on point with a liberal add of Louisiana hot sauce. Beans are also very good. Hubby got the Cuban but we were so full after splitting beans and gumbo that we didn’t get to it. Reasonable prices. It’s a good thing for my waistline I live so far away or I’d be here every day it was open.
The gumbo is absolutely incredible. We've tried nearly all of the po' boys on the menu, and we've enjoyed every single one. The best part is that they're made with real chicken, beef, and ham instead of deli meats. The side options are packed with flavor, and the desserts are simply amazing.
They provided catering for our family reunion, and everything was fantastic! Some family members were initially hesitant because it was a food truck, but they ended up being pleasantly surprised.

Slick Willies on 281 in Perrin, Texas is a must-visit if you're passing through. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. The owners are wonderful people as well.
I absolutely love their sandwiches and desserts! Rick and Wendy are amazing people and I would highly recommend their food to anyone!
