Unfortunately, despite the rating system, this restaurant truly deserves the lowest score possible. In short, the food is subpar. We ordered a beef burger, chicken burger, and chips. The beef burger was the highlight of the meal, while the chicken burger was left out and arrived cold and burned. When we complained about the temperature of the meal, they attempted to make a new one but only managed to burn the chicken breast further. The chips were overly salty and barely edible. Despite the disappointing meal, the comical sight of the disorganized kitchen staff trying to keep up with orders provided some entertainment. My advice is to visit this restaurant for a laugh at the chaos in the kit...
The latest reinvention of this retail space is a slider and milk shake joint. The space has been opened up a bit with more defined sitting area for diners. There are 12 sliders to choose from and 10 styles of milk shakes plus some tex-mex themed sides. Vegetarian options are limited.The sliders are cooked well but the chicken wings were very salty and a bit dry. It is sort of more-ish in a beer nuts kind of way. While on paper individual sliders are not expensive, the fact that they are a deal smaller than a normal hamburger means that a normal meal will probably means ordering 2 sliders or a fair amount of side dishes. This puts it on the top end of "cheap" eat.
We had a wonderful time at this restaurant enjoying a juicy beef patty with a soft and fluffy brioche bun. We typically steer clear of chicken burgers due to the dryness of the chicken breast meat, but were pleasantly surprised by how juicy and crispy this one was! Be warned, the wings are addicting with their crispy and flavorful coating. We also loved the mozzarella cheese sticks. The service provided by the employees was exceptional, making it a great spot for both business meetings and family gatherings. Even solo diners will enjoy this place! If you find yourself here, we highly recommend giving it a try.
Visited for dinner (takeaway, ordered on-line). Took about 45min to get our order - the Web site said it would be ready in 20min - and it seemed the staff were still ironing out processes. Staff were friendly, despite a growing number of people waiting for their food!Was worth the wait - both kids loved the food (nuggets and sliders). So this is now one of 4 restaurants I can go to across Australia where I don't get at least one complaint! Came in with a friend for a Saturday lunch and they were fairly quiet. I ordered the Inferno, buffalo wings, fries, and a PeaNutella milkshake (cheat day anyone? The Inferno is hands down the best burger on their menu (medium spiciness and was big enough...as a meal on its own. The BBQ wings were underwhelming and not crispy enough, but the well seasoned and crunchy fries made up for this. The PeaNutella was a luxurious guilty pleasure in a plastic cup would definitely recommend this.
Dramatic improvement! Add it with Junior EBBs and a regular cheeseburger with bacon. I like the fact that you can now change your burger and add additional items. The burgers who arrived after 90mins were pretty cold, clear, the driver was lost, but a few minutes in a hot oven and they were good. They were not fat as before, but very good delicious burgers. We are best to get the big pommes like you in the USA. Thick cut chips with skin on that were excellent. Come on!
I ordered a burger for my family. Each burger cost $20. When my order arrived, there were no fries and the burgers were not as filling as I expected for the price. I was very disappointed as the burgers did not provide good value for the money. It was a complete letdown.
We visited this cafe with Groupon vouchers, the slides were nice especially Portuguese chicken slide was good, we requested for an upgrade to milkshake by paying extra which was not accepted, which was bit sad. But overall it was pleasant experience with street view. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Took 5 minutes for me to make the decision that this is the favorite bar out of all the ones I've visited on my Aussie/NZ adventure.
