This is the first time I've ever given a rating below five stars in my life. My experience at Smash Park was highly disappointing. I believe I visited on an off day. When I inquired about the location of the darts from a staff member at the bar, the response I received was both humiliating and dismissive. The staff member looked at me as if I was the dumbest person she had ever looked at, and, instead of answering my question, instructed me to ask someone else. I was too embarrassed to follow her suggestion. While this negative interaction may have been an isolated incident with one unprofessional staff member, it significantly impacted my experience.
