While the food was good, the customer service was lacking. That 's the main reason why I won 't be back to Smashburger, or at least this location. There was no organization where you order, even though there were stanchions for a line/queue. So you had a bunch of people waiting to order. We were up next, but Heather, the cashier, was going to wait on a couple that came after us. She told them, If it 's alright, I 'll help these guys first. We said they better be okay with it because we were first. She curtly replied, Well, I didn 't know . There’s definitely something not quite right with this location. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, both times have been quite unsatisfactory. After my first experience, I contacted Smashburger through their website to leave a critical review, but I never received a response. On my second visit, I noticed the same issues: long lines for ordering, many customers waiting for their food, and I overheard complaints about order accuracy. The staff appeared either rushed and stressed or completely indifferent, leading to an overall disappointing experience. *Great fries! They're skinny, crispy well salted. *The classic smash [burger] is good, although a bit salty. The regular size (1/3lb meat) is definitely satisfying. Skip the big (1/2 lb) and save a dollar (unless you're starving like Marvin). *To wash it all down, note that bottled water is $2.29, fountain soda is $1.89/$2.29 (depending on size). Considering everything is sold a-la-carte (no value meals), bring your own drink from the dollar store downstairs. This fast food isn't cheap $10 for a basic burger, fries and soda. However, because I left extremely stuffed and I overall enjoyed my meal I won't complain; I just won't make coming here a regular occurrence....but I will be back.
The burgers here are amazing for the price! The shakes are excellent as well! I personally enjoy the classic smash fries, while my wife favors the sweet potato fries. There are plenty of great burger combinations available, and you can also create your own burger. My wife chose to customize hers, but unfortunately, when we got home, we realized that her burger was missing the goat cheese she had specifically ordered. That was disappointing, as it was the only cheese she wanted. On a positive note, they do offer free chipotle mayo on the side for dipping our fries!

I’ve visited this restaurant twice, and sadly, I wasn’t impressed. I like the idea of their seasoned fries and tater tots, but they didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The burgers haven’t been great either; on my last visit, I found a hard piece in my burger, which was rather unsettling. If you’re looking for a quick burger, I’d suggest trying MyBurger or Five Guys instead. On a positive note, the ordering process is fast and the place is generally clean, so that’s a plus!
The spinach, goat cheese and feta salad with balsamic vinaigrette is amazing. Usually order it with a crispy chicken breast on top. I concur with the previous reviewers about the dirty tables and lackluster staff. Unfortunately the food quality is directly related to the wait time in line. More staff would definitely help with the sense of chaos and confusion when the place is super busy.
They did not make the burgers correctly. I ordered a build your own and all I got was the meat and cheese. I asked for lettuce, chipotle mayo, jalapeños and onions. Didn't get them. My wife had no mayo, ketchup, mustard or guacamole as requested. Only the fries were good and that's sad.
You are a franchise, but I do like your burger, your fries, and your tots. Keep it up. If I was going fast food and franchise I would choose Smashburger over Five guys, Culvers, and any other franchise for burgers. The only criticism is I WANT DRIVE THRU....YOU CAN DO IT...PLEASE!!!

It was ok. Very familiar with Smashburger and this one is probably my least favorite. Food quality was ok, establishment was cramped and I swear there wasn't a level table anywhere in the place. I will say that the staff there was very nice. That's the one upside.
You should have minus stars . worst service ever, even after stressing that I wanted my lettuce and tomato on the side.... what I got instead was none
