This is a delayed review as I thought I had already posted. I tried their alternative ice cream shake at the suggestion of the staff. I ordered a chocolate shake I took two sips of it and told the cashier that it tasted nothing like ice cream it had a horrible taste and I was very disappointed. They did not offer to replace the shake or refund my money in future I will not be trying alternative food offerings at Smashburger. I emailed the corporate office and no response.

I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time after hearing all the buzz when it first launched. It's decent, but for the price, I think they could do better. It's a bit salty, so if you're like me, you might want to ask for no salt. Don't get me wrong; it's not bad. The quality is what you'd expect for the price you pay, but it doesn't stand out compared to similar-priced options.

I first time visit. There was no other person in the store. I had to wait to place my order while they were filling take out orders.Burger and fries were very salty, the bun wassoggy, and looked and tasted stale. Overpriced! Will not be returning.
Beware of lousy management. This Asian lady named Endang is not only rude to her employees but also her guests. Now we all know why we feel sorry for these poor employees that are still with her.
The food is good. The prices are high. The story doesn't sell wings although the Smashburger website says it does. Get it together, Smashburger.
