I placed the order online one day before. I called the day of the delivery to confirm the time. When I went to pick up it was not ready. They were just starting to work on my order. That is not good customer service. They have three different address online for the same location. Very confusing and frustrating to place an order with Smashburger.Salad not really worth it.
I had a great experience dining here for the first time. The food was delicious and the service was warm and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the Classic Burger with the signature smash sauce and crispy sweet potato fries. I definitely plan on coming back again in the future.
This place always does the job. Even took my mom who hadn't eaten a burger in over 20 years and she loved it so much now we come whenever we're in town. Lumi was chill on the register and made sure our order was right especially since I have a food allergy. Keep it up guys ??

All in all great place, good food. I went to the store and the same person that helped me at the register removed my number. I thought that was odd since the restaurant was empty.The fried brussel sprouts are surprisingly good.

Clean,fast and efficient. The food wasn 't as tasty as their Mamaroneck location but it hit the spot. It 's the only fast food burger I 'll eat nowadays.
