I'm very judgemental regarding meats and bbq. While it was on the pricey side, I feel like I got my money's worth in quality. The brisket was amazing. Moist. The smoke ring was perfect... not over smoked. The pulled pork was probably more authentic than most places care to admit, as it wasn't covered in sauce to disguise bad flavor. Pulled pork was fantastic without sauce. Had the KC original sauce and it tasted true. Wife loved the homemade pasta salad. Only issue we had was we wanted more as the sides were on the smaller side. However as I stated before the quality and authentic flavors justified the price. The owner gave us samples of the smoked sausage and it was fantastic
I ordered the brisket with baked beans and pasta salad. I can be...I mean I am picky about pasta salad, and it wasn't too bad. The baked beans were very flavorful and had pieces of meat. The brisket was so moist, tender, and flavorful. Three cute little cornbread muffins were also included. They tasted sweet and homemade. For the house-made BBQ sauce on the side, I picked sweet and a habanero sauce. Oh my oh my!!! The sauces together were excellent to dip the meat into. I'm definitely coming back to try more.
Absolute best potato salad I have ever eaten! This is a “must try” restaurant! The pork sliders were juicy, tender, and seasoned perfectly . I could add my own BBQ sauce to satisfy my own tastes! Service was friendly and courteous, pretty sure he was the owner! Made me want to go back before I had even tried the food!!! One can always appreciate great service! Give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!!! I know I am anxious to return and try a different menu option!
The best quality, customer service, and environment, to provide to the St. George community!! The food is absolutely delicious, you can definitely tell the time and dedication put forth into it!!! I would highly recommend visiting this gem to any one near or far away. Definitely worth the drive for the quality customer service and food!!

This little place serves up big flavor and delicious food! The service is fast and the owner is one of the friendliest people I've met. I really enjoyed their brisket and my son loves their mini cornbread muffins and homemade banana pudding. Glad we can support small, local businesses! Happy to have found this little gem!
Normally travel the main highway from Manhattan, but decided to swing down through St. George. Found this wonderful place totally by accident! EXCELLENT FOOD!!! Give it a try, you won't be sorry! Food was excellent, and prices very reasonable. My family definitely will be returning! Such friendly service too!
