Got 4 smoothies and all were equally terrible. All 4 didn 't taste anything like the ingredients listed and they all tasted watered down We got 2 kids Choc-a-laka. they separated and curdled. they looked gross and the kids refused to drink them. Also, the amount shown in the picture is what we were given. The kids each took one sip and would drink no more the immunemixed berry was equally watery, tasted bitter and did not have any detectable berry flavor. we also ordered a Mango Fest butended up with something completely different... we are not even sure what it is, but the receipt says 'Lil Angel '. Go toPlanet Smoothie instead. Their ingredients are better and their smoothies do not taste...
2021 Update: My original review was about a very good experience, but it was generic. I would like to update this to compliment the amazing staff. I ordered online (but not from the App) and for some reason, my card was charged, but the order was not goingthru to the store. They really went above and beyond to help me and when they made my smoothies they were fantastic. I haveadded the app to my phone! 2020 ...Friendly staff. Smoothies are great. And they have a nice selection of flavors and add ons.
The restaurant is clean and the service is great. The smoothies are always perfect. I am giving it a 4-star rating only because when I walked in around 2:00pm, there was a strong smell of Marijuana. It was quite noticeable. I visit this place regularly, but there is another one nearby. Just a friendly suggestion, maybe refrain from smoking right before coming to work next time.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. The delivery person's clothes were soaked from a leaky smoothie container. To make matters worse, they left one of the smoothies on its side, causing half of it to spill out. I will be disputing these charges and sharing my negative experience everywhere to warn others about this terrible service.

Terrible service. Unorganized and untrained staff. Sloppy. Should be clear about wait times if they are going to be longer than 5 mins. I waited 15+ mins for a smoothie and I'm a rewards member.
I love this location ! Their service is consistently exceptional. The team always strives to get my order perfect with a smile.
