I called the Smoothie King in Livonia to check if they had a can of vanilla Sunwarrior protein, and the young woman assured me they did. On my way there, I even told her I was coming to pick it up. When I arrived, she informed me they didn’t have it after all and admitted she gave me the wrong information. I drove all the way from Novi to Livonia for this protein powder, so I asked if she could call another store to find out who had it, so I wouldn’t have to keep driving around. I've been trying to give Smoothie King this location a chance since it's close to me, but I keep leaving disappointed. Today was the last straw. When I placed my order, the employee didn’t know where my smoothie was on the menu. After I pointed it out, she asked me to wait. A few minutes later, she came back and asked again where it was because she was new to the menu. I explained it once more, and she asked me to hold again. By then, I had already waited 10 minutes, so I gave up and left. I’ve been here before when no one was even around, and I’ve also waited alone in line for over 10 minutes after being told to wait at the ordering screen. I visited this new location for the first time and was truly impressed. I tried the banana berry treat smoothie, which was both delicious and healthy. My friend ordered the Lean1 strawberry smoothie and enjoyed it just as much. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly helpful, especially since it was my first visit. The atmosphere was very clean, bright, and uplifting, creating great vibes. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that it’s a bit pricey, but I’d say it’s worth it!
This restaurant provides the best service for morning drinks compared to all the other options. Nadja not only makes my smoothie but also brightens my mornings. The service is friendly, quick, accurate, and professional. I make a point to visit this place every day, knowing that my Hulk Coffee will be just as perfect as it was yesterday and the day before.

This place has the absolute BEST service of all the options for morning drinks. Nadja doesn't just make my smoothie, she makes my mornings. Service is friendly, fast, accurate and professional. I drive out of my way every day just to come here knowingthat my Hulk Coffee will be perfect exactly like it was yesterday and the day before that.
When they are open, they are fantastic! However, I have visited twice in the morning, and they were supposed to be open at least two hours earlier, but they weren’t. I arrived at 9:30 AM once and again at 10 AM on different days. Thankfully, Tropical Smoothie is always open at that time!
Smoothie King consistently impresses! I always leave feeling satisfied after indulging in their tasty banana boats. The staff is friendly and welcoming, enhancing my experience even further. I can always rely on Smoothie King’s menu to satisfy my cravings.
Every time I visit during business hours, they always seem to be closed. It's frustrating because I really love their smoothies and I don't want to drive all the way to their other location.

Always excellent. This is by far the best smoothie spot I've discovered in Michigan. I visit different locations at least twice a week to get a smoothie as a meal replacement.
The smoothie preparation was very poorly done.
